10 DAY BREATHE THE STRESS AWAY CHALLENGE

Enjoy these 10-15 minute long breathing exercises. These will start with simple breath techniques and will weave into the next. I will be teaching you a new skill each day and we will breathe together in a flow much like a vinyasa class, but sitting on our bums! 

Practice them when you want and hopefully learn to use these techniques whenever you start to feel uneasy. 

10 DAY ABUNDANCE COURSE

WHAT IS ABUNDANCE AND HOW CAN WE LIVE IN A WAY THAT ATTRACTS MORE OF IT? 

Over these 10 days you will work through journaling prompts and specific practices like meditation, breathing and yoga to help eradicate negative narratives and help you live in more abundance.

HAPPY HIPS COURSE

This course is designed to get you feeling happier in your Hips. You'll be taken through Vinyasa flow classes, Yin postures and Gravity yoga postures. Expect to work hard, feel uncomfortable but see hip mobility gains.
