In this course you will have timed dedicated classes with only three postures. These will focus on time under passive tension, a Gravity Yoga principle, relaxing into the postures and breathing.
There will also be 3 vinyasa classes that incorporate hip opening poses. These won't challenge the mind as much as we will be moving faster and not holding postures for extended periods of time.
