Want to start practicing yoga IRL again? Join ME at 8:30am every Monday for a sweaty, accessible and fun yoga flow. These classes will be vinyasa flow and open to all levels.
I teach with lots of modifications for those who are new so you can keep up with the class. Expect lots of challenge as well to get you sweaty and keep your heart beating.
You will need to bring your own yoga equipment. Feel free to make use of the amazing Walpole Bay tidal pool and go for a dip after too!
